Our Story
The House of Fraiches Pasta is an Italian restaurant Montreal boutique that opened in 1994.

My mother, Francesca, has-been making artisan Reviews some of the best fresh pasta and sauces in Montreal for over 20 years now, not to mention the best homemade Tiramisu in town. My brothers, Giorgio, Danny and I (Roberto) and of course Mom-have-been operating our eatery since 1995 and are still going strong. Ours is one of the single more food shops you’ll encounter in our lovely Plateau-Mont-Royal. Our motto is “Fresh Do not Lie!”

Everyday we start from scratch: Those Eggs crack, Stretch That dough, stir Those sauces, barbecue That octopus, stuff Those cannoli, day in and day out, and the list goes on. Spreading the love everywhere in our kitchens by doing what we love the most:
